Misrepresentation voids reservations and will result in forfeiture of prepaid amounts - All reservations are subject to confirmation and causes beyond our control.  This property is privately owned and management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.  We are not responsible for loss of any kind.  All guests and visitors must be registered at office.  One parking space per unit.
